Arkansas Farm Bureau Collegiate member Caty Parker has been selected as a a Social Media Ambassador for the American Farm Bureau 2024 Young Farmers and Ranchers conference. Parker is one of five announced as Social Media Ambassadors, which are sponsored by Case IH, for the 2024 YF&R Leadership Conference. Based on the applicant pool, the story of agriculture, food and natural resources will be well-represented across print, video and social media in the years to come.

Within this role, Ambassadors will collaborate with a team of Collegiate Farm Bureau members and AFBF staff to generate a social media presence during the conference that shares the conference experience with members who couldn’t attend and demonstrates the value of Farm Bureau membership to sponsors, supporters and the outside world.
As stated in the application, through the generous sponsorship of Case IH, AFBF shall provide Ambassadors with an expense-paid conference registration, flight and hotel room and $200 travel stipend. Ambassador responsibilities begin Thursday, March 7, 2024, and conclude following the final conference event on the evening of Monday, March 11, 2024.
